He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Troup, Sr. and Phyllis J. Troup (Bowser); his grandson Payton Troup; and his brother Clarence A. Troup, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pam (Crissman) of Mayport; his children, Chad Troup (Jessica) of Marble and Bonnie Cramer; his grandchildren, Wyatt Troup (Isabelle), Wynter Troup, Tytus Troup, Cyrus Troup, Vyolette Troup, Brooke Hoy and Logan Cramer; and his sisters, Jean Gruver (Gary) and Patti Goheen (Dale).
