He is survived by: his parents, Bert H. King of New Bethlehem and Dorothy L. King; his son Corbett Franklin of Oak Ridge; his brothers, Brandon M. Franklin of Shippenville and Robert L. Franklin of New Bethlehem; his stepsiblings, Bert A. King of Tyrone and Marsha Reinsel of Nevada; and his half-sister Tianna Franklin of Michigan.
