He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Miller and Marion Miller. He is survived by: his wife Terri Reed of Mayport; his son Scott Seigworth (Jill) of Bellefonte; his granddaughters, Ava and Cora; his daughter Corrie Seigworth of New Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Kaleb and Jenna; and his siblings, Jeff Miller of New Bethlehem and Jana (Alba) of New Hampshire.
