He is survived by: his stepsiblings, Donald Lucas of New York and Evelyn Lucas of New York; his sister-in-law Debbie Lucas of Mayport; his niece Jennifer Moon (Amos) of Blairsville; and his aunt Dorothy Rice of Clarion. He is also survived by numerous cousins and special friends.
