He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl and June Caltuna; his aunt Carla Zec (Gary); and his uncle Richard Caltuna (Denise). He is survived by: his parents, Lisa M. Caltuna and Marrissa Habert; his daughter Aerilynn Caltuna; and his uncle Michael Caltuna (Cathy).
