He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Gardner Riggle; his grandchildren, Erica Cardilli and Perry Riggle; his sister Diane Younken (Craig); his siblings-in-law, Bill Gardner (Georgann), Virginia Battistoni, Evelyn Earls (Al) and Karen Burich (Ray); and also, Scott Riggle, Jennifer Riggle of Havelock, N. C., Keith Riggle and Holly Riggle of Morgantown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
