He is survived by: his father Ralph Montoya, Sr.; his wife Debra Celeste Montoya (Newsome); his sons, Seve Tyler Montoya, Niklaus Rhys Montoya and Ralph Anthony Montoya, III; his mother Maryan Schlaefer (Doug); and his siblings, Kimberly Russell, Lexie Montoya, Marci Montoya, Paul Montoya and Scott Montoya.
