Kozak of Matamoras, Pennsylvania, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on September 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles and Audrey Ewald (Donaldson); her husband Peter P. Kozak; and her siblings, Susan Skidmore of Matamoras, PA, Barbara Edwards (Bruce) of Tarpon Springs, FL, Robert and John Ewald. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
