She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Nevard and Grace Nevard; and her son David Cook. She is survived by: her husband Charles Cook; her son Justin Cook; her grandson Eric Cook; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Cook; and her siblings, Bonnie Matthews (John), Debbie Nevard, Sandy Thoma (Dan), Ginny Nevard and Rick Nevard (Christi). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy's name to Wounded Warriors or any charity that supports veterans.
