He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Lyle (Mike) and Joann V. Lyle; his siblings, Phillip and Darlene; and his sons-in-law, Dale Patterson and Michael Moser.

He is survived by : his children, William Lyle, Elizabeth Lyle (Donna Theisen), Carrie Patterson (Neil Dorchak) and Gretchen Lyle (Brian Seuss); his grandchildren, David Lyle, Phillip Patterson, Jacob Lyle, Savannah Lyle, Athena Theisen, Frederick Dorchak and Daniel Lloyd; his wife Debby; and his brother Steven Michael Lyle of Birdsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
