She is survived by: her children, Donald Lewis (Tricia), Donnia Kosiak (Austin) and Donellia Sumler (Brando Skinner); her grandchildren, Christopher Lewis (Erin), Niccole Graham (Adam), Andre Lewis, Taylor Kosiak, Andrew Kosiak and Destini Lewis; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Anthony, Aaron, Amelia and Naomi; and her brothers, Walter, Bobby, Ronald and Lionel.
