She was predeceased by: her husband Charles A. Seaman, Sr.; her son Charles, Jr.; her parents, Virgil Belcher and Juanita Belcher; and her brother David Belcher.
She is survived by: her daughter Luann Brown (Thomas); her grandchildren, Rylan, Hannah (Hamada), Charles III and Angela; her great grandchildren, Linnie and Andrew; and her siblings, Joyce Damron, Donald and Fred Belcher.
