It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard R. Slampak of Masontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Slampak and Marie Slampak (Porubek); his grandson Ryan Breiner; and his brother Michael Slampak. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hall (Robert) of Masontown, Julie Slampak of Markleysburg, Debra Vickers (Glenn) of Charlotte, NC, Valerie Aghaebrahim (Nima) of Jacksonville, FL and Michael Slampak of New Albany, IN; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Nathaniel, Zachary, Austin and Allison.
