He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred W. Sr. Royster and Anna Royster (Finnie); and his stepdaughter Betty Jean Hall. He is survived by: his wife Linda Royster; his sons, Alfred Troy Royster (Jennifer) and Brent Royster; his stepchild Marlisa Hall of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Jordan and Aaron Royster; his siblings, Dr. Joyce Royster and Ewanda Royster; and his nieces and nephews, Robert M. Lewis III and Tianna Fullum. He is also survived by two great nieces and great nephews and other relatives.
