He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Tharp. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Tharp (Taylor); his children, Linda Smith (Kevin), Christine Wallace (William), Tammy Tharp, Walter Tharp, Lisa Festa (Michael) and Ashley Tharp; his brothers, Arthur Tharp (Lynn) and Robert Tharp (Betty); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Alicia, Tyler, Brianna, Kirsten, Cassie, Michael, Brittany, Tori, Samantha and Sabrina. He is also survived by his family and friends.
