He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George and Lawanda L. Smith Celsky; his children, Lisa Celsky of Harrisburg, Julie Morris (Dave) of Dauphin, Tammie Cooper (Justin) of Enhaut, Bobbie Jo Klinger of Joppa, Alabama, Walter Celsky, Jr. (Melinda) of Sunbury and Matthew Celsky (Kara) of Enola; and his brothers, Dale of Harrisburg and Keith Celsky of Harrisburg. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
