He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Martin and Alma Georgiana Forshey (Waite); and his siblings, George Robert Forshey, Toner Richard Forshey and Lillian June Banks.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas W. "Tommy" Forshey (Christina) of Altoona and Charles Robert "Rob" Forshey of Manchester; his grandsons, Nick Rusich, Robert Hughes and Matthew Forshey; his great grandchildren, Meckenzie Hughes, Conner Hughes, Evianna Forshey and Everson Forshey; and his sister Suzanne Collins (Bill) of Hollidaysburg.
