He was predeceased by: his mother Billie Lou Whetstine (Strayer). He is survived by: his father Charles Whetstine; his spouse Shirley M. Fetter (Robley); his daughters, Tracy and Mindy Whetstine; his stepson Bradley Fetter; his grandchildren, Drey, Zoe and Seth; and his brother Rick Whetstine of Hollidaysburg.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private funeral service will be held at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, Pastor Brian L. McCall officiating.
