He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver S. Brumbaugh and Delcie P. Brumbaugh (Mowery); his wife Donna Eileen Hoover; his son Barry Allen; and his siblings, Helen Johnson and John S. Brumbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda K. Waltz (Galen) of Marysville, Robert A. Brumbaugh Jr. of Martinsburg and Doreen G. Kagarise (Bob) of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, Adrian Kent (Tracey), Garman Kent (Ellen Chung), Sara Stanworth (Stan) and Robert D. Brumbaugh (Jazmine Kennedy); his great grandchildren, Amber and Bailey Kent; and his siblings, Donna Albright (Chris) of Hollidaysburg and Ronald E. Brumbaugh (Rhea) of Newry.
