She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stegeman and Waive Marie Stegeman (Lindsey). She is survived by: her husband Randall Glenn Wagner Sr.; her sons, Randall Glenn Wagner Jr. (Jennifer) of Johnstown, Kristofer L. Wagner of Front Royal, VA and Kyle William Wagner of Martinsburg; and her brother Robert William Stegeman (Ginger) of Johnstown.
