She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. "Lefty" Butler and Nellie Jean Butler (Zimmerman); and her brother David L. Ickes. She is survived by: her husband Don; her sons, Jeffrey A. Clark (Alicia) of Martinsburg and Joshua A. Clark (Bree) of Roaring Spring; her grandchildren, Oaklee Clark, Teagan Clark and Khloee Claar; and her sister Sharon Miller (Richard) of Newry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
