She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Smith and Kathern R. Smith (Wise); her husband James A. Burk; and her pet Buddy. She is survived by: her children, Charles W., John R. Burk (Cheryl), Linda Robison (Wayne) and Lisa Lee (William Jr.). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
