He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia L. Bollman (Mock); and his grandparents, Byron, Florence Mock and Marybelle Bollman. He is survived by: his father Raymond E. Bollman of Martinsburg; his sister Kimberly R. Guyer (Randy) of Martinsburg; and his nephew Colton L. Guyer of Martinsburg. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends he loved.
