She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin H. Summers and Kathryn R. Summers (Graybill); and her brothers, John Summers, Herbert Summers, Harold Summers, Ralph Summers and Gerald "Bill" Summers.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri L. Defibaugh of Martinsburg and Scott M. Defibaugh (Nicole Sottile) of New Enterprise; her grandsons, Marshal D. Leach (Keirsten) and Bradan S. Defibaugh; her great grandchildren, Oaklynn, Irelynn and Rahlee; and her siblings, Wayne Summers (Nancy), Walter Summers (Victoria), Charles Summers (Peggy), Richard Summers, Janet L. Pheasant and Linda M. Ayers (Denny).
