He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Young; his sons, Michael D. Barr (Cathy) of Apex, NC, Joseph M. Barr (Laurie) of Plum Borough and Matthew G. Barr (Nicole) of Mountain Top; his grandchildren, Shannon, Elizabeth, Michael, John and Julia; and his brother Charles R. Barr of Martinsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
