She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Ranck and Mary Ranck (Eby); her daughter-in-law Kathleen Sands; and her sister Erma R. Kauffman. She is survived by: her husband Paul M. Sands; her children, Kenneth E. Sands of Shippensburg, Carl D. Sands (Jacqueline) of Albuquerque, NM and Karen L. Lytle (John) of Roaring Spring; and her brother J. Ray Ranck (Reba) of Paradise. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
