He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Jo West; his daughters, JoDee Cubbage (Bruce) of Hagerstown, MD and Johanna Koper (Scott) of Winston Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Cameron Cubbage, Chloe Koper and Carter Koper; and his siblings, Dotty Shuppe and David Brown.
