She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Boyd and Nettie F. Boyd (Kagarise); her daughter-in-law Deborah J. Zook; and her siblings, Jerome, Alfred, Raymond, Orlo, Paul Boyd, Belle Staples and Pauline Yoder.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd C. Zook; her son Calvin L. (Barb) of Martinsburg; and her grandchildren, Scott L. (Wendy) of New Market, MD, Zachary, Addison and Scott.
