He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel M. Hoover (Over). He is survived by: his father Rodger S. "Bacon" Hoover; his wife Debra of Hollidaysburg; and his sons, Justin C. Hoover of Hollidaysburg, Andrew B. Hoover (Debby) of Billings, MT and Travis S. Hoover (Kiley) of Martinsburg.
