We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2022, at the age of 84, Charles Richard Barr of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clayton and Elizabeth A. Barr (Hartman); his siblings, Dorothy A. Geist (Paul), Helen E. Petee (Frank), Marjorie Shope-Whetstone, Pauline G. Banks (Robert) and James R. Barr; his nephew Ronald L. Banks; and his close friend Charles "Chuck" Mosey.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Linda L. Barr of Martinsburg; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Geist (Charlene), Carol Rhodes (Wilbur), Sherron Wechs, Steven Shope (Nancy), Randall Shope (Cynthia), Christopher Whetstone (Diana), Connie Rightnour, Michael Barr (Cathy), Joseph Barr (Laurie) and Matthew Barr (Nicole).
