Charles Eugene Decker Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cletus and Alma Decker (Ferguson); and his brother Howard Decker. He is survived by: his children, Rodney E. Decker (Lori) of Plum Creek, Barry A. Decker (Vicky Defibaugh) of Bedford, Charles W. Decker (Tammy) of Martinsburg, Brian S. Decker (Ann) of Montrose and Michelle Y. Rightenour (Lee) of Martinsburg; and his siblings, Donna Mae Horton of Henrietta, Connie Clark of Everett, Judy Musselman of Bedford and Donald "Donnie" Decker of Tatesville. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
