He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Miner and Kay L. Miner (Miller); and his siblings, Penny Mae Albright and Stephen Miner. He is survived by: his wife Martha Louise Delvin (Harclerode); his children, Sheri Markuson (Michael), Karen Bresslin (Tom), Kris Miner (Becky), John Delvin (Tara), Kimberly Cornelius and Robert Delvin (Lynn); and his siblings, Sharon Howe, T. Craig Miner and Timothy B. Miner (Cathy). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Martinsburg Church of God (123 S Market St, Martinsburg, PA 16662). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
