She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur A. Shaw and Marian Shaw (Walters); and her siblings, Dorothy Shaw, Mary Jane Shaw-McGaughey and James H. Shaw.
She is survived by: her husband John G. Frazier; and her sister Dolly S. Bowser of New Enterprise. She is also survived by numerous nieces and a nephew.
