She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Earl Smith and Minerva Jane Tantlinger Smith; her husband Martin M. "Moe" Ulishney; and her siblings, George "Bill" Smith and Donna Mehalic.

She is survived by: her children, Vivian Keslar (Michael) of Export, Janelle Buchanan (Jeff) of Greensburg, Donna Watkins (Don) of Greensburg, Martin Ulishney (Lisa Palmer) of New Florence and Barron Ulishney Sr. of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Tara Scekeres (Solomon), Chad Buchanan (Ella), Ashley Buchanan, Jon Kozlesky, Sean Buchanan (Julia) and Barron Ulishney Jr.; her great grandchildren, Kaylee and Avery; and her sister-in-law Barbara Smith of Latrobe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Theda's name to the Free Methodist Church of Greensburg, 1261 Toppers Road, Greensburg, PA 15601.
