He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Marie "Nancy" (McCullough); his parents, Joseph Cappa and Anna Cappa (Klein); and his sister Sara Walters. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel J. Cappa (Chelsea) of East Stroudsburg and Joseph C. Cappa (Donna) of East Stroudsburg; his grandchildren, Joey, Emma, Evy, Lacey Cappa and Levi Cappa; and his siblings, Charles Cappa of Brodheadsville and Nancy DeVizia of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
