He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kelly and Anne Irene Vamos Kelly; and his sister Letitia. He is survived by: his wife Darlene D'Antonio Kelly; his son Chad R. Kelly of Mars; and his parents-in-law, Fred D'Antonio (Bernadette) of White Oak, Ronald D'Antonio (Helen) of Pgh, Donna Falk of Jefferson Hills and Linda D'Antonio of Glassport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
