He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa M. "Terry" Iriti Ford. He is survived by: his father Richard Ford; his wife Jennifer Fenoglietto Ford; his sons, Robert Ford (Olivia) and Jake Ford; his siblings, Janice Marie Ford Abernethy (Samuel), Richard Walter Ford (Cathy), Raymond Richard Ford (Maureen), Russell Richard Ford (Sharon) and Scott Richard Ford (Cori); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Fenoglietto, Bonita Pitkavich (Jim) and Rick Fenolietto (Celia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family requests memorial donations in his memory to Quality E.M.S., 222 Brickyard Rd. Mars, PA 16046.
