He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Cox and Emma Cox (Hall); his sister Peggy Schuler; and his brother-in-law Ovel Schuler. He is survived by: his wife Susan Cox (Clare Craig); his sons, Dr. Michael Cox (Charity Scripture) of San Francisco and Steven Cox (Carla Butler); his grandchildren, Turner, Annabelle and Miriam of Mars; his sister Barbara Cox of New York City; his sister-in-law Dr. Mary Ann Craig of Valencia; his nephew Kevin Schuler; and his niece Kristine Schuler of Mars.
