Rita V. Navarro Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita V. Navarro (Mars, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Elter and Frances Schultz Elter; her husband Fernando V. Navarro; and her brother Sylvester Elter. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Buckalew (Mark) of Hilton Head, S. C., Linda Neugebauer (Paul) of Franklin Park and Rick Navarro of Saxonburg; and her grandchildren, Adam, Garrett, Alexis, Chad, Carra, Luke, Seth and Brett.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
