She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fischer and Esther Moreland Fischer; her former husband Milton C. McCandless; her husband Andrew J. Siebert; and her siblings, Shirley Pinkerton, Richard and Stanley Fischer.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Reinagel of St. Petersburg, FL., Jane Lutz (John) of Butler, Joan Willment of Butler, Susan McCandless, Robin Neese (Jeff) of Mars, David McCandless (Linda) of Apopka, FL and Scott McCandless (Cheryl) of Mars. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
