He is survived by: his mother Gretchen Affrica Cavitt; his wife Kimberly Colosimo Cavitt; his children, Jack, Kate and James Cavitt; his sister Kristin Cohen (Larry); his niece Kelsey; his nephews, Frank and Joe; his parents-in-law, Judy Morrison, Jr. (Phillip Lee) and Edward Colosimo (Eileen); and his brother-in-law Edward Colosimo.
