He is survived by: his mother Leslie Hause Jones of Lisbon, OH; his grandmother Susan Hause of Lisbon, OH; his children, Evan Jones of Salem, OH, Alexis of Penn Twp and Aubrey Jones of Penn Twp; and the mother of his children Ashley Good of Penn Twp.
