She was predeceased by: her parents, George "G. G." and Miriam Hall Kincaid; and her children, Kathleen Ann Clay and Michael J. Clay. She is survived by: her husband Marlin J. Clay; her daughter-in-law Michele "Shellee" Klingensmith Clay of Cranberry Twp; her grandchildren, Morgan Kathleen Clay and Marshall Kincaid Clay; and her siblings, Mary Kincaid of White Oak and Ralph Kincaid (Doris) of Rockwood.
