He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Hager and Neva Hager (Bryner); his son Terry; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Hager (Glisan); his son Curtis (Debora) of Markleysburg; his grandchildren, Andrew, Gretchen, Megan, Jessica, Molly, Robert and Christopher; his siblings, Doris, Larry, Bert and Stanley; and his daughter-in-law Luella. He is also survived by 11 Great grandchildren.
