It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Wayne of Markleysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Friendsville, Maryland, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Quincy Umbel and Mildred Umbel; her husband Robert M. Wayne; and her sisters, Emogene Barefoot and Judy Sweitzer.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Yencho (Beth) of Accident, Jefferson Wayne of New Cumberland, Leah Stemple (Roger) of Bruceton Mills, WV and Jennifer Wayne of Brownsville; her grandchildren, Lucas Stemple (Katelyn), Morgan Stemple, Noah Brown, Elijah Brown, Carson Wayne, Kristopher Yencho and Dakoda Yencho; her great grandchildren, Koleson Stemple and Gatlin Stemple; her siblings, Gerald (Bev Umbel), Ronnie Umbel, Peggy Savage (Don), Carol Fisher (Roger), Stan Umbel (Marilou), Bill Umbel, Cathie McGhee (George), Buddy Umbel (Ginny), Rick Umbel (Mary), Herbie Umbel (Brenda) and Debbie Rosenberger; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Wayne, Ina Mae Wolfe, Lil Smith and Linda Detrick.
Due to Covid precautions a celebration of life service will be held for Robert and Nancy Wayne in the spring or summer of 2021.
