He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Rugg and Joy Wilson Rugg Tucker; his stepfather Bobbie Tucker, Sr.; his brother Jeremy "Bo" Rugg; and his grandparents, William "Bill", Shirley Wilson, Floyd and Janet Rugg.
He is survived by: his children, Zoie and Brier Rugg; the mother of his children Amy; his brother Joel "Pete" Rugg; his nieces and nephews, Maiya and Tristan Rugg; his sister Janelle "Nellie" Rugg; his stepsiblings, Bobbie Tucker Jr. and Terrance "Shane" Tucker; his close friend Stephanie; and also, Allee and Ronica. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, step nieces and nephews, and cousins.
