He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Sr. Seese and Beulah Seese. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Carla Wilhelm (Jeff) and Jonas III Seese (Angie); his grandchildren, Hailey Guthrie (Ryan), Darian White (Josh), Heather Yusko (Hunter), Jesslyn Daniels and Jonas IV Seese (J. J.); his great grandchildren, R. J. Guthrie, Raegan Guthrie and Dean White; and his sister Loretta Guthrie (Wendell). He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews.
