He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. "Jim" Rugg and Joy Rugg Tucker (Wilson); and his brothers, Jeremy and Josh Rugg. He is survived by: his children, Maiya Rugg (Starbucks) and Tristan Rugg; the mother of his children Ronica Rugg of Lemont Furnace; and his sister Janelle Rugg of Markleysburg.
