She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Uphold and Mary Rhubena Uphold (Friend); and her siblings, Eugene Uphold, Grace Uphold and June Landon.

She is survived by: her sisters, Janet Sisler of Friendsville and Judy Frazee of Friendsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
