It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Welch of Markleysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Baum and Jessie Baum (Shultz); and her husband Damon B. Welch. She is survived by: her children, Carlton Welch (Shelley) of Addison and Jennifer Broskey (Pete) of Markleysburg; and her grandchildren, Alexander McElroy of Herminey and Abigail Broskey of Markleysburg.
